RoadOrigin report protection. Premium-report payments are protected by the fulfillment and refund rules below.

Automatic refund

If payment succeeds but the licensed provider cannot produce a report after the retry window, RoadOrigin will automatically refund the consumer payment.

Duplicate purchases

Verified accidental duplicate purchases for the same VIN and customer may be refunded when requested promptly, subject to provider billing and fraud review.

Delivered data

A report containing few or no records is not automatically defective. A valid “no matching records found” result has still incurred licensed data cost and does not establish a clean vehicle.
